CHARLIE MISOVYE, Director, LES MISERABLES
Charlie returns to the Barn Theatre as Director/Choreographer for a 17th summer. As Director/Choreographer, Charlie has been responsible for a number of the Barn's hit productions over the years including JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, GREASE, NUNSENSE A-MEN, THE FULL MONTY, FOREVER PLAID, GUYS AND DOLLS, SOUTH PACIFIC, CRAZY FOR YOU, SOME LIKE IT HOT and LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, to name a few. He also created the choreography for our enchanted BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Based in Chicago as a director/choreographer/performer, Charlie has been producing/directing childrens' theatre in Chicago's Southland for several years now, with sold-out productions of CHARLOTTE'S WEB and CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY to his credit. Additional credits from this past year include ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. In 2005, Charlie joined the staff of Ridgewood Arts Foundation, Inc.'s Theatre at the Center located at The Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Munster, IN. He is the Group Sales Coordinator for both the Mainstage and Theatre for Young Audiences as well as the Friends of the Theatre Coordinator which produces special "fun"draising events. He also has produced /directed the Theatre for Young Audiences' presentations of A WINNIE-THE-POOH CHRISTMAS TAIL, 'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS and THE VELVETEEN RABBIT. Charlie also freelances for a number of production companies featuring live events such as costume character reviews, fashion presentations, industrial shows, and specialty promotions which keep him busy traveling the country.
CRAIG BENNETT, Javert, LES MISERABLES
Craig is thrilled to be back at the Barn, last appearing in '92 season in our productions of RUMORS and PHANTOM. He was most recently seen at the Asolo Rep in Florida as Jerry Cruncher in the new musical, A TALE OF TWO CITIES, which begins previews in August at the Hirschfeld Theatre in New York City. He has appeared on Broadway in MISS SAIGON (Sgt. Schultz), and in the national touring companies of LES MISERABLES (Combeferre, Thenardier), RAGTIME (Willie Conklin), MAMMA MIA! (Bill Austin), and THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA (Signor Naccarelli). Regional credits include the Goodman Theatre, Marriott Lincolnshire, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, and the Cleveland Playhouse. Craig sends love to his talented, supportive wife, Sala, and to the best five-year-old on the planet, Mako.
SAM MATTIES, Jr., Gavroche, LES MISERABLES
Sammy is an 8th grader at Galesburg-Augusta Middle School. LES MISERABLES is Sam's third play here at the Barn. He has also appeared in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and in GYPSY starring Kim Zimmer. At school he played the President in the "Red, White and Blue Museum." Although his first love is being on stage, he also enjoys playing his guitar, baseball and having fun with his friends.
KEALEY O'DAY - Young Eponine, LES MISERABLES
Kealey O'Day will be in the sixth grade next year at Galesburg-Augusta Middle School. Kealey is involved in sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball and gymnastics. This is Kealey's first play at the Barn Theatre
CALLI RAGOTZY - Young Cosette, LES MISERABLES
Calli will be in 6th grade at Galesburg-Augusta Middle School this September. Les Miz marks Calli's 8th production here at the Barn. She has been in the ensembles of OLIVER!, JOSEPH?, ANNIE, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and GYPSY. She was also Bielke in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and Susan in OLD TIMER opposite her mom. Calli is also a competitive ice skater having skated for 4 years. She also has been playing the drums for 2 ? years and loves to tap dance, write stories and draw as well. Calli says she loves to be in plays at the Barn Theatre, it is just so fun!

Anthony is extremely excited to be making his Barn Theatre debut. He sends a big thank you to everyone involved with this show for making him feel so welcome. ROBERT NEWMAN - Charlie Anderson, SHENANDOAH
SHENANDOAH marks Newman’s first return to the Barn stage in over a decade. He first came to Augusta as an apprentice in 1981, performed a full season (including Freddy in MY FAIR LADY), left at the season’s end, and was almost immediately snapped up by the CBS daytime drama GUIDING LIGHT, marking perhaps the quickest rise to stardom for any alumnus of the Barn’s apprentice program. His creation of legendary GL leading man Joshua Lewis and that character’s tempestuous relationship with Kim Zimmer’s Reva Shayne have garnered Robert numerous nominations for Soap Opera Digest and Daytime Emmy acting awards. ALLEN CHRISTOPHER - Benny, RENT
Allen Christopher is thankful to be making his debut at the Barn Theatre and to be a part of this very special experience and cast. Yep..he's a "Barnie" now! He is from Brandywine, Maryland, lived in NYC and now resides in Los Angeles. Some of his favorite stage projects are DREAMGIRLS (Curtis Taylor, Jr.), MISS SAIGON (u/s John), ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Papa Ge), AIDA (Mereb), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Simon), SMOKEY JOE'S CAFE (Adrian), RAGTIME (u/s Booker T. Washington). Other credits include: Film: Armed with Wicked Wisdom and One Night Stand; TV/Commercials/Print: Criminal Minds, Brahva Beer, Safeco Insurance and Zmax pharmaceuticals. LINA KERNAN - Joanne, RENT
Lina is so excited to make her first appearance at the Barn theatre in its production of RENT. She just completed a run of AIN'T MISBEHAVIN' at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago and received the Black Alliance nomination for Best Leading Actress in a Musical. Other Chicago credits include Marta in COMPANY, a Kit Kat Girl in CABARET, and Sarah's Friend in RAGTIME with Porchlight Musical Theatre, which won a Jeff Award for Best Production. Regional credits include SMOKEY JOE'S CAFE at Timberlake Playhouse, ALMOST HEAVEN at Circa 21, and BARNUM and CHICAGO with Cherry County Playhouse. She is a native of the Chicago area and holds a BFA in musical theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. JESSE STANFORD - Tom Collins, RENT
Jesse Dean Stanford has been entertaining audiences in Chicago and abroad garnering several award nominations and citations for his work for nearly two decades. In addition to being a Music Director, Director & Actor for Chocolate Chips Theatre Company, his numerous Theatrical credits include: NO PLACE TO BE SOMEBODY (Stage Actor's Ensemble), THE LIFE (Circle Theatre), IT'S SHOWDOWN TIME & EYES (ETA), DOO WOP SHOO BOP and MY HEART IS CRYING, CRYING: THE JACKIE WILSON STORY (Black Ensemble), a national tour with TORN: THE MUSICAL, a 5-year international tour with A PIECE OF MY SOUL: THE ANTHOLOGY OF GOSPEL (Lewis Pro Prod.), DREAMGIRLS, THE WIZ, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Cornerstone Productions) STAGE DIRECTIONS (Chicago Theatre Company) and most recently BLACK NATIVITY (4th year performance-Congo Square). Jesse has also worked as an entertainer & Show Captain with THE SPIRIT OF CHICAGO cruises. He has done vocal work with such artists as Ramsey Lewis, The Barrett Sisters and Albertina Walker. He is a featured vocalist with the gospel recording acoustic quartet Phava (he appears on both CDs: Phava -Live & Already Been To The Water. In 2001, Jesse released his first project entitled: Jesse Dean Stanford & Grace: Consecrate Me (DaMan Records). Jesse is at work on his sophomore recording project with new Chicago-based label: Pathway Records. FEE WAYBILL - Frank 'N' Furter, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW

Fee is pleased to return to the Barn for his fifth wild ride in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW! On stage he recently completed a successful run of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts in the Los Angeles area. As frontman for The Tubes, his legendary, theatrical rock group is known for several chart hits, most notably "Talk to Ya Later," "She's a Beauty," "Don't Want to Wait Anymore" and "White Punks on Dope." The Tubes are still alive and well and about to release their 14th CD entitled MONDO BIRTH MARK: MUTANT MEMORIES FROM THE EARLY SEVENTIES. Also in the works is their 2nd DVD, WHITE PUNKS ON DOPE: A TUBES ANTHOLOGY. Before his "call" to the music world, Fee was a drama major at Arizona State University. In and around his Tubes schedule, Fee's other acting credits include BILL AND TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE FABULOUS STAINS, BOUNCERS, SCTV, MTV guest VJ appearances, and numerous commercial and books-on-tape voice-overs. An award winning lyricist, Fee's songwriting collaborators include Richard Marx, Steve Lukather of Toto, Jack Casady of the Jefferson Airplane and Kenny Loggins. As a solo artist, Fee has two albums: "Read My Lips" (1984) and "Don't Be Scared By These Hands" (1996). When not recording or on the road, Fee lives in the Los Angeles area where he's an active animal rights supporter and SCUBA diver. Fee's latest passion is playing polo. He also runs a commercial property development and management company, Leed Properties, with his life partner, Elizabeth Leanse.
Randy Wolfe - Best Man 1/Transylvanian, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW

The Barn is pleased to have Randy join the company for THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. The last time Randy performed here was as Dr. Josiah Bartlett in our 2006 production of 1776. Previously, he appeared in our 2000 production of MY FAIR LADY. Randy graduated from The Goodman School of Drama in Chicago where he performed in numerous productions in the Chicago area. As a local director for the Whole Art Theatre of Kalamazoo Randy's recent productions include HAIR, BATBOY and WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF. Other directing credits include the critically acclaimed productions of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH and two productions of PSYCHO BEACH PARTY, REEFER MADNESS - THE MUSICAL and DIE MOMMY DIE. Randy recently performed in the one person show I AM MY OWN WIFE which. Randy also appeared in BUG, HAMLET, and MISERY locally.
